As such Moran is unable to offer a change-of-mind returns policy as Moran cannot be left with furniture that has specifically been made for a customer.If there is a repair or replacement issue, such issue is assessed by Moran based on Moran’s Claims Management Policy. Claims under warranty will require dated proof of purchase, the product tracking number and receipt of the registered warranty, plus photographic images to support the claim.
