As such Moran is unable to offer a change-of-mind returns policy as Moran cannot be left with furniture that has specifically been made for a customer.If there is a repair or replacement issue, such issue is assessed by Moran based on Moran’s Claims Management Policy. It remains Moran’s choice to assess as to whether to repair or replace the furniture, based upon the Claims Management Policy.ON CLEARANCE ITEMS: Moran Furniture offers limited stock of end-of-line product ranges at heavily discounted prices as clearance stock for direct sale on our website to the public for a limited time only, while stocks lasts. Moran is unable to provide change of mind returns on these clearance sale items unless the item is deemed faulty with a major problem for which a product is covered for refund or replacement as per consumer guarantees.CLAIM MANAGEMENTON MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Moran will choose whether to repair or replace an item based on the Claims Management Policy.When making a warranty claim the customer must first contact their retailer where the item was purchased.
